Arrival In Tanzania (Northern Regions)
Your adventure begins as you touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to the vibrant town of Arusha. Here, you’ll meet your knowledgeable driver guide, who will provide you with a briefing on the exciting safaris ahead. Rest and relax, gearing up for the expedition that awaits you the next morning.
Fuel up with a hearty breakfast before setting off on your journey. Our first stop is Arusha Town, where you can make any final purchases or preparations before we venture into the wilderness. From there, we make our way to the renowned Tarangire National Park, a haven for wildlife enthusiasts.
As we embark on a thrilling game drive, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the park’s renowned elephant population and majestic baobab trees. Tarangire is famed for its role as a key hub in the annual migration cycle, attracting thousands of elephants, wildebeests, and zebras. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch amidst the picturesque landscapes of the park, soaking in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
As the day draws to a close, we settle in for dinner and overnight stay at a private or public campsite, surrounded by the serene ambiance of the park.
Rise with the sun for an early breakfast, preparing for an unforgettable day ahead. We descend over 600 meters into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife.
Blessed with a year-round water supply and abundant vegetation, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area boasts a diverse array of animals. Marvel at the herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and mighty African elephants that call this place home.
The crater is also renowned for its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard. Keep your eyes peeled as we traverse the vast landscapes, each turn revealing a new wildlife spectacle.
After an exhilarating day of game viewing, we bid farewell to this natural wonder and begin our journey back. In the late afternoon, we make our way back to Arusha/Moshi or transfer to the airport for your onward journey, filled with unforgettable memories of the Ngorongoro Crater safari experience.”
